SWEET CUTLET BY USING WHEAT



INGREDIENTS:

Wheat                                      -        100gms

Rice                                         -        50gms

Milk                                         -        50ml

Dates                                       -        50gms

Egg                                          -        1

Bread                                       -        8       

Ghee                                        -        2tsp

Sugar or jaggery                      -        100gms

Coconut                                   -        10gms

Cardamom                                -        5gms



Method:

  • Fry the wheat and rice grind it into powder
  • Add milk, sugar or jaggery, dates, coconut, cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Then beat the egg until it softens
  • Prepare the powder into ball of any shape
  • Dip it in the egg mix. And roll in on the bread crumbs.
  • Then take a pan and pour oil for deep fry.
  • Serve the balls in the plate.




HOME MADE CHOCOLATE



INGREDIENTS:

Coconut oil                     -        75ml

Sugar                               -        100gms

Cocoa powder                 -        75gms

Milk powder                   -        25gms

Vanilla extracts               -        1 tsp



Method:

  • Heat the coconut oil by double boiler method. Heat a saucepan with a cup of water.
  • Take coconut oil / cocoa butter / vegetable shortening
  • Heat n medium flame add sugar, add cocoa powder and milk powder.
  • Additionally, add 1tsp of vanilla extract for more flavours
  • Mix well till the cocoa powder and milk powder combine well with oil.
  • Also makes sure the mixture has turned smooth and silky.
  • Scoop the mixture and pour into silicone mould. Alternatively, use ice mould.
  • Shake and tap gently to remove the air bubbles
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or till it sets completely.
  • Now slowly remove the mould.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar.
  • Finally, serve homemade milk chocolate




VARAGU PAYASAM




INGREDIENTS:

Varagu                                     -        200gms

Milk                                         -        200ml

Cashewnuts                             -        50gms

Ghee                                        -        50gms

Dry grapes                               -        5gms 

Sugar                                       -        50gms



Method:

  • Take some quantity of milk and varagu boil them separately.
  • Add milk and stir it well
  • Then add powdered sugar to it
  • Take a pan add ghee to it and roast the nuts and dry grapes and add then to the payasam.
  • Now the varagu payasam is ready to serve.
