3 Easy and quick home made healthy food

     1. RAGI MALT




INGREDIENTS:

Ragi                                    -        100gms

Almonds                             -        10gms

Cashew nuts                       -        15gms

Cardamom                          -        5gms

Sugar                                  -        3tsp


Method:

  • Roast the ragi, almonds and cashew in a pan
  • Then grind all the ingredients
  • For sweet taste add sugar or jiggery and mix it well



     2.RAGI LADDU



INGREDIENTS:

Ragi                                    -        100gms

Jaggery                               -        200gms

Ground nut                         -        50gms

Sugar powder                     -        wanted amount

Ghee                                   -        25ml


Method:

  • Roast the ragi and it aside and then roast ground nuts separately.
  • After that remove the skin of the ground nuts. The grind the ragi and ground nuts until it flatter into a fine powder
  • Add jiggery and mix it with powder
  • Then add ghee and make laddu.



3.OATS LADDU




INGREDIENTS:

Cashew nuts                                  -        3-4 (broen into small pieces)

Oats                                               -        250gms

Broken wheat                                -        250gms

Sugar                                             -        750gms

Ghee                                              -        100 ml

Grated coconut                              -       100gms


Method:

  • In a pan roast the oats, wheat until the wheat turns little brown in colour.
  • Take another pan add little ghee then some cashew nuts until it turns to brown
  • Then add all the powders in the pan and mix them well
  • Again add some ghee to the mixture and roll them into balls
  • Spread grated coconut on the balls to garnish it.
