3. MUSHROOM SOUP POWDER



INGREDIENTS:

Carrot                              -        10gms

Onion                              -        10gms

Tomato                            -        10gms

Garlic                              -        5gms

Cumin powder                -        ½ tsp


Method:
  • Steam carrot, onion, tomato, garlic at for 10 minutes. Dry in the sunlight.
  • Grind the ingredients to a fine powder
  • Then add cumin powder, salt to taste and mix it to get the soup powder
  • Note:  add mushroom and other vegetables of desire to prepare the soup



4. WHEAT SOUP POWDER



INGREDIENTS:

Wheat                              -        20gms

Coriander seed                -        10gms

Cumin seed                     -        ½ tsp

Cinnamon                       -        ½ tsp

Ginger                            -        5gms

Garlic                             -        5gms

Pepper                            -        1/2tsp

Salt                                 -        to taste


Method:
  • Roast the wheat, coriander seed, cumin seed until it turns into brownish color.
  • Then dry the ginger, garlic to remove the moisture content in it.
  • Now make the spices into a fine powder to get the sup powder

Note: 
  •    Add fresh vegetables like carrot, beans or fresh corns.
  •    Season with onion, tomato & vegetables in butter
  •    Boil them & add soup powder to it and prepare soup



5. DRY PAPAYA SOUP POWDER


INGREDIENTS:

Raw green papaya                    -        200gms

Carrot                                       -        100gms

Fennel seeds                             -        1tsp

Oil seeds                                   -        2tsp

Cumin seeds                             -        1tsp

Fenugreek seeds                       -        2tsp


Method:
  • Dry the raw papaya and carrot
  • Roast fennel seed, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds
  • Powder all the ingredients together and prepare the soup.
